Dear colleagues:

Our non-for profit association has been registered officially in DC and captures two fundamental ideas in our approach which we think are essential to create value for the group:

• The scope of the group is now all of the US, not just the Washington DC area. This is a consequence of an interest identified in other cities like Boston and reflects the fact that we already have members from many cities in the US. We believe that a combination of national virtual networking with local activities in cities where we have a stronger presence will create more value for our members.

• The name of the group has been translated into English, which will be the default language used in our communications. Posts in Spanish in our LinkedIn forum will still be accepted. We believe that this change is necessary to promote the integration with the US side of our community.

As always, we will appreciate your feedback as well as any help you can provide to collaborate with us and attract more members to our group.
