As president, Ms. Marcos is responsible for leading Cintra’s U.S. operations, which includes over $10.3 billion in infrastructure projects and investments. She has more than 15 years of international leadership experience managing and operating tolled highways in the private infrastructure development and construction sectors. The board and members of the United States & Spain Executives Community (USEC) would like to extend their heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Manuel Erice.

Manuel was a true leader and an example for all of us. He loved Spain and the United States. He let the world know that Pamplona was his town. His endless charm attracted everyone to Navarra and to a Spain that he loved dearly.

He was passionate to make sure that the readers of the famous Spanish newspaper ABC were the most informed of all about what happened in the USA. He built bridges of understanding between both countries

Wherever Manuel is… he has all our love and appreciation. Rest in peace. Thank you for everything.

The US Spain Executives Community welcomes Juan Rivera as a new member of its Board of Directors. Juan has a BA in Business and a Law Degree, an International MBA and a Ph.D in Management. Juan spent 20 years in international Management in Big Pharma, working in 22 countries in different management positions. Since 2001 he has been teaching Global Business and Global Leadership in several universities.

Presently Juan is Ass. Professor of Global Business in Loyola University in Baltimore and teaches Global Leadership in Georgetown, Global Business in Northeastern university and does international business and leadership consulting and development all over the world. He lives in Washington DC and his new project in to sail around the world in 2019-2022 following the Magallanes-Elcano and re-discover the origins and benefits of globalization.
