After the conclusion of the electoral process within the US Spain Executives Community, a new Board of Directors has been created. The USEC president, Gonzalo Garcia, will be serving for a third two-year term. All the members of the previous Board will remain and two additional directors have been added:

• Francisco Lara, an entrepreneur and Professor of Leadership, Management and Entrepreneurship who resides in Valencia (Spain) and Washington DC.
• Eduardo Sastre, an entrepreneur, start-up mentor and Board Member at the RCC Harvard Executive Program who lives in Boston, Massachusetts.

December 2019 newsletter, which includes a blog article about informative reports required for foreign business owners in the US, the results of the recent elections to the Presidency of USEC, as well as news related with our community.

The deadline for submitting candidacies is now closed. The Comittee has checked the link provided to submit them and we have only received one candidacy, from Mr. Gonzalo Garcia, current President of the Association. We have reviewed that all the requirements are met so following the bylaws, there is not need for voting. Thus, Mr. Gonzalo Garcia is automatically invested as President of USEC, and the direction powers to the Association are granted to him.
